I began my journey with One Cross Health in 2021 as a Medical Assistant, where I quickly
discovered my passion for both patient care and team leadership. Through dedication and
growth, I advanced into the role of Medical Assistant Supervisor, and I am now stepping into an
exciting new chapter as Director of Operations.
While this new role pushes me outside of my comfort zone, I am eager to expand beyond my
strong clinical background and deepen my understanding of the administrative side of
healthcare. I am especially excited to grow as a leader and contribute to improving systems that
support both patients and staff.
I have always known that healthcare was my calling. I am a people-centered individual with a
deep sense of compassion and empathy for the community I serve. Making a positive impact in
The lives of others continue to drive my work every day.
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud parent of two children, who are my greatest
accomplishments and my biggest motivation.
