Heather Gibson, a native of Campbellsville, Kentucky, brings more than 20 years of leadership experience and over 10 years of Human Resources experience in the healthcare field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources. Throughout her career, Heather has demonstrated a passion for servant leadership, employee engagement, and building strong workplace cultures that support both organizational success and quality patient care.
After recently relocating back to the area from Southern Indiana, Heather felt led to join One Cross because of its vision and mission of serving others while honoring God. Her values, faith, and commitment to making a positive impact align closely with the organization’s purpose and culture.
Outside of her professional life, Heather enjoys spending time with her son, whom she considers her greatest accomplishment and biggest motivator.
