Grant Bays serves as the Outreach and Marketing Director at One Cross Clinic. He has been part of the One Cross team for nearly two years, first serving as a Peer Support Specialist. Helping individuals overcome addiction is deeply personal to Grant, as he has experienced firsthand the life-changing power of God’s grace and restoration.

In his current role, Grant leads community engagement, marketing, and partnership initiatives that share and support the clinic’s mission of providing Christ-centered, compassionate care. He is passionate about highlighting the dedicated staff and the transformative work that takes place at One Cross each day.

Grant firmly believes in the mission and impact of One Cross Clinic and is proud to be part of a team that brings hope and healing to the community. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Social Work at the Carver School of Social Work at Campbellsville University, where he focuses on community practice and faith-based outreach.
