Kimberly Bowen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Throughout her career, Kimberly has developed a reputation for her compassionate approach, clinical excellence, and dedication to improving health outcomes in her community. Her professional interests include chronic disease management, preventative care, and patient education.
She began her nursing career nearly three decades ago. While her experience spans multiple areas of nursing, Kimberly has spent the majority of her career specializing in nephrology, where she developed a deep clinical expertise with chronic disease management and a strong connection with her patients.
Driven by a passion for advancing her knowledge and expanding her role in patient care, Kimberly pursued advanced education to become a nurse practitioner. She currently serves her community through her work with One Cross Community Health and Wellness in Lebanon, Kentucky, where she provides holistic, patient-centered care to individuals and families.
In addition to her clinical work, Kimberly has held numerous leadership and management positions throughout her career. Her extensive background in both bedside care and administrative roles has shaped her into a strong and effective leader – one who values collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, being active in her church, crafting, and spending time outdoors. Her personal passions help bring balance to her professional life and fuel the compassion and care she offers every patient she serves.
