Valeska Craus serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at One Cross Community Health and Wellness, bringing a strong background in administrative support and organizational leadership. Since joining the organization in January 2025, she has been instrumental in supporting executive operations, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day function of the CEO’s office.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and brings prior experience in human resources and a variety of administrative roles. Known for her attention to detail and professionalism, Valeska helps create a well-organized, mission-focused environment that supports the goals of the leadership team and the broader organization.

Outside of work, Valeska is actively involved in her local church where she serves alongside her husband in pastoral ministry. She is also a proud mom of two college-aged children and finds joy in supporting others through both her professional and personal roles.
