Megan Pane

APRN

With over a decade of experience in cardiac care and oncology, Megan brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, deep empathy, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Known for having a heart as strong as the ones she helps heal, Megan has guided patients through some of life’s most vulnerable moments with compassion, clarity, and grace.

Starting her career on the cardiac step-down unit, Megan quickly became a go-to resource for complex cases and high-stakes decision-making. Later transitioning into oncology, she found a calling supporting patients through both treatment and survivorship-always ready with a listening ear, a care plan, and yes… a corny joke or two to lighten the moment.

Whether managing medications, coordinating care, or explaining diagnoses in down-to-earth language, Megan believes in treating the whole person- not just the chart. Megan hopes you leave every appointment feeling more hopeful and a little more human thanks to her signature mix of medical know-how and heartfelt humor. Megan is part of the Medication Assisted Treatment program for addiction recovery as well as a certified Hepatitis C provider. She is accepting new patients currently for primary care, addiction recovery, or hepatitis treatment.

Outside of the office Megan lives on a small farm with her husband of 12 years, Justin, and she loves spoiling her nieces and nephews. She can also be found watching football and enjoying a McDonald’s diet coke. She cannot wait to meet new patients and make a positive difference in their lives!
