Leeann Johnson is the Director of Training and Office Operations at One Cross, helping develop a comprehensive training program as well as overseeing the day-to-day office operations of the clinic. Specializing in leadership and the development of training programs, Leeann has used that experience to create an interactive, hands-on training environment with a growth mindset leadership style. 

Leeann has over 20 years of experience in leadership and employee development as the Director of Operations for Frost Arnett Company. She led her team of 100-150 employees to meet and exceed monthly collection goals. In her spare time, she enjoys making memories with her family.
